City of St. John’s Grants

Each applicant must complete and submit an application form with the required attachments. Please review the policy and procedures before applying. The deadline is the final Friday in November. Only one request per individual, group or organization will be considered in a fiscal year.

City of St. John’s grants provide financial and other resources to organizations or individuals whose application supports the City’s strategic directions. Funding is available in the following categories:

-Capital grants to community groups

-Community groups and organizations

-Heritage Financial Incentive program

-Housing Catalyst fund

-Meetings, conventions and sporting events

-Special events and festivals

-Sporting groups and organizations

-Youth sport travel

-Youth non-sport travel

-Artists and arts organizations
