Coffee’s On is a Community Sector Council NL initiative under the Community Vitality & Well-Being portfolio. It provides a welcoming space for networking, information-sharing, and learning among government agencies, community organizations, service providers, and community members.
This province-wide session will feature Lindsey Hynes (CSCNL) and the March of Dimes team, who will share how the After Stroke program supports stroke survivors and their families as they rebuild life after stroke. The session will explore available supports, including peer support, hospital visitation, and community-based resources.
This conversation is open to healthcare professionals, community organizations, stroke survivors, caregivers, and anyone interested in strengthening support networks for stroke survivors across Newfoundland and Labrador.
