We are offering a limited number of travel subsidies for individuals and organizations challenged by the high cost of long-distance travel. Note that you can also apply for the Registration Bursary.

Please note the following guidelines for the travel bursary:

• that travel bursary is available to enable one person/representative per organization to attend. If additional members of the organization are interested, we encourage you to apply should there be additional bursaries available.

• travel subsidies to individuals and organizations are only available to those who must travel distances outside of the Northeast Avalon.

• Coffee, tea, snacks, and lunches will be provided throughout the event.

• Only economy airfare is eligible.

• Approvals will be based on the distance and expected transportation costs, regional distribution, and a priority basis to ensure a good mix of registrants. Unfortunately, not all requests may be approved.
