Through the CANConnect program, GLOCAL Foundation of Canada aims to empower immigrant and refugee youth, whether they are newcomers to Canada or born to first-generation immigrants and refugees. The program focuses on equipping participants with civic knowledge, digital skills, and experience in civic engagement and democratic participation in Canada. The GLOCAL team provides mentorship and digital civic training to support youth in carrying out creative initiatives that address local, regional, or community concerns in Canada.
