Celtic Spirit Dancers is the only Irish dance school in Central Newfoundland & Labrador. It aims to share the world wide love and passion of Irish dance with the Central community. To develop, teach and present a dance curriculum that is rich in dance expression, performance exposure and competition.
Figure skating club. During the year, our skaters participate in the Central Regional Competition hosted by one of the clubs in the Central Region. Skaters who place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd in these competitions go on to compete in the Provincial Competition. As well, our skaters participate in Winterlude in Grand Falls each year.

KidSport Newfoundland and Labrador believes that no kid should be left on the sidelines and all should be given the opportunity to experience the positive benefits of organized sports. KidSport provides support to children in order to remove financial barriers that prevent them from playing organized sports.
The Town of Triton has been successful in offering programs to various groups, but programs for youth certainly stand out. The Recreation Committee boast about a beautiful hiking trail, softball field and tennis court, skateboard park, swimming pool, RV sites and arena.
Operation of recreation facilities and development of recreation programs
The Smith's Harbour Recreation Committee is a non-profit organization; Throughout the years the Committee has seen to the construction and up keep of the Community Centre.The Recreation Committee also shares responsibility with the Local Service District for the upkeep and beautification of the Limestone Park.
This committee is responsible for sports and other activities in the town and often holds events for different ages. The Committee is also responsible for taking care of the recreation center, playground and softball field.
The committee is responsible for the maintenance of the soccer and softball fields as well as the Rec-Plex. The committee also runs a summer program of activities and usually takes the lead role in organizing such events as the Christmas Parade, Winter Carnival and the Summer Carnival. The Recreation Committee is also responsible for fundraising to support these recreational facilities.
