Empowered by the Holy Spirit it is our purpose to share the Good News of the Gospel and the last day message of the soon return of Jesus with the people of Newfoundland and Labrador.

The United Church Women is a non-profit organization which meets the first Tuesday night every month. The UCW is very active holding fundraisers and get-togethers in support of Alton United Church such as Afternoon Tea and Bake Sales, Thanksgiving Suppers and Sales, Anniversary Suppers and more.
(1) Worship services are conducted every Sunday for all - (men, women, youth & children) (2) pastoral care to all members of the church. (3) We provide training & religious programs for children & youth. (4) We donate funds for overseas missionary activities. Men's fellowship group, who provide special music & singing occasionally for worship services
