Since its construction, the lodge has been used primarily by the Twillingate Masonic Lodge No. 2364 for various masonic functions. In addition, the building has served the needs of other community organisations. The community also uses the first level for various functions such as craft shows and gatherings.

Formed in 1950, the Newfoundland and Labrador Drama Society is the leading dramatic association in Canada's most easterly province, and fosters, promotes and facilitates many of Newfoundland and Labrador's most stories community theatre companies.
The Newfoundland and Labrador Lumber Producers Association (NLLPA) is a non-profit organization representing N-L commercial sawmill operators and timber harvesters. Its members account for more than 70 per cent of lumber production in the province and directly employ more than 1500 people. Incorporated in 1983, the NLLPAs initial purpose was to seek accreditation in order to operate a grading agency. Today the Association also actively promotes and facilitates the economic development and viability of the industry.

The Newfoundland T'Railway Council is a non-profit corporation dedicated to the development of a recreational trail from St. Johns to Port aux Basques using the former Canadian National railway line. Terra Nova National Park of Canada is a place where long fingers of the North Atlantic Ocean touch the island boreal forest of Eastern Newfoundland. Rocky headlands provide shelter from the awesome power of the open ocean. The landscape of the park varies from the rugged cliffs and sheltered inlets of the coastal region to the rolling forested hills, bogs and ponds of the inland. Cultural history abounds in the remnants of sawmills and past human cultures.

To accomplish its mandate of ministering to the spiritual needs of the local community, and to enhance the local membership through the weekly congregating of members. Programs carried out include children's programs, youth programs, and general age programs designed to meet the individual spiritual needs of each group. Other programs include those having a focus on missions. Assembly contributions are made to the provincial office to advance the work of other congregations both home and abroad. Funds are often allocated and designated by the local assembly church board for projects
