The Community Sector Council of Newfoundland and Labrador (CSCNL) is inviting proposals from qualified consultants and firms to conduct a comprehensive compensation and total rewards review. The project will help ensure CSCNL’s compensation practices remain equitable, competitive, and aligned with current best practices in the community sector.
The successful consultant will review CSCNL’s existing salary structure, benefits, recognition practices, and overall compensation framework. The work will include benchmarking against comparable organizations across Newfoundland and Labrador and Canada, assessing both monetary and non-monetary benefits, and recommending a modernized compensation approach that supports employee retention, organizational sustainability, and workforce growth.
Deliverables include a compensation benchmarking report, updated salary scale and progression model, recommendations for benefits and recognition programs, an implementation roadmap, and a presentation to CSCNL leadership and Board of Directors. The project is expected to be completed by January 15, 2027.
