Join CSCNL and CCRW for Disability-Confident Leadership for Employers and HR, a beginner-friendly virtual workshop designed for employers, HR professionals, managers, supervisors, and team leads.
Participants will explore how barriers, assumptions, and stigma can affect workplace participation and learn practical ways to foster a more accessible and inclusive environment.
The workshop will cover respectful, barrier-focused communication, accessible meetings, plain language, flexible participation options, and effective responses when accommodation-related concerns arise.
Participants will leave with practical strategies they can apply in their everyday leadership, along with a concrete action they can take to strengthen disability confidence within their role or organization.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
