Join CSCNL and CCRW for Fostering a Mentally Healthy Workplace: Practical Leadership Strategies for Managers, a hands-on workshop designed for managers, supervisors, HR professionals, instructors, and team leads.
Participants will explore how everyday work conditions — including workload, communication, role clarity, autonomy, and team culture — can shape mental health in the workplace.
The session focuses on supportive, work-focused conversations, clear role boundaries, and practical adjustments leaders can make without stepping into counselling roles.
Through discussion and realistic scenarios, participants will practice recognizing when someone may be experiencing difficulty at work, reducing psychosocial risks, and connecting people to appropriate supports.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completion.
