Thriving Non-Profits is a program of Scale Collaborative, brought to Newfoundland and Labrador through a partnership with CSCNL and funding support from the Community Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador.
During this session, we’ll share highlights and learnings from the first two Newfoundland and Labrador cohorts before hearing from Lori LeDrew, Executive Director of the Office to Advance Women Apprentices NL (OAWA).
Lori will share OAWA’s journey from exploring revenue diversification through Thriving Non-Profits to developing and launching Built Collective, a social enterprise creating employment and training opportunities for women in skilled trades.
